Become…

While His crucifixion and resurrection were certainly the climax of His ministry “the call” to be His disciple was an integral part of His strategy.

Early in His ministry Jesus chose to invest His life in a small group of people, His disciples.  He later charged those people with the responsibility of making disciples of others (Matthew 28:16-20).

The four Gospel’s tell the story of how Jesus changed the world.
When it comes to making disciples one thing is certain Jesus’ way is still the best way.  That means we must recognize that it is impossible for discipleship to take place apart from relationships.

Therefore, if you feel that EBBC is where God wants you to “belong” then you will be expected to...

     1.) Share life.

     2.) Share ministry.

3.) Share the Word of God in study with others.

as you "become" a committed disciple of Jesus Christ.

If not you will find that you are disconnected, disappointed, and dissatisfied with your inability to grow as a Christian.
